It is harder selling  a home in this market then you might think.  The rules and markets keep changing and a seasoned agent that has been through several cycles in their real estate career will know information that will help you sell at the highest return.  Deborah started real estate when the interest rates were topping  20% with sellers opting  to sell their home  on a  Land Contract.  Remember those times in the 1980's?  Then  we went into a much harder cycle with all the foreclosures and bankruptcys. They contact homeowners directly and state they will buy at true value.  A seasoned Realtor will be able to help you determin if that is the best route to take and what true value really is.  The investors may pay cash but if you are leave $10,000.00 or more equitly on the table this may not be the best option for you.  The  market is hot and demand is high.
