Deborah Louzecky, Broker has opened up her own business so that she can devote all the time she needs to her clients.  She believes in giving as much time as it takes to make sure that her clients have enough information, and have been in enough homes before makeing an offer.

She has been a Real Estate Broker for the last 24 years.  I have worked for other brokers and was part-owner of a Re/Max office in Rochester Hills for @10 years.

What I believe:

My first love is towards God, my father!  I have a strong faith and a walk that keeps getting closer to Him.  He has taught me a lot, especially through the valleys that we have to walk sometimes.  He has settled me, strengthen me, and shown me that I can get through anything with HIS help.  Ask me about my walk and testimony!  I get excited when someone wants to talk about how GOD is STILL in the mountain moving business!

My second love is my family.  I have a son that is 32 years old.  He travels all over Michigan as a Safety Director for a construction company.  He will be working on the new bridge from Detroit to Canada.  He recently got engaged to a wonderful addition to our family - Lauren. We are very excited to see where God will take this union!

My third love is the clients that I work for every day.  Clients get excited when they find the dream home they had been looking for and they can afford to buy it!  It is a real pleasure to help find that perfect fit.  I take a lot of time just answering questions, and showing people ways that they too can get into an affordable home.  In my testimonies you will read about a single mom with 2 children that asked for help in finding a rental home, but after reviewing her information I was able to show her how she could buy a home for her children for less money then what she was willing to pay for rent. She not only was able to buy a home but when it was all said and done, her payment was $200.00 lower than her rent payment!  Then she got very excited when she found that it wasn't going to cost her anything with the tax credit that she got for buying her first home.  These kind of stories make my day.  See if I treat people right, I will never have to go look for clients!
