Beyond real estate, I have been a Troy resident for 43 years and an active community advocate. I help people understand that the Master Plan creates the vision and the ordinances set the law. We have worked with the City regarding our “1st Corner” — Troy Corners — in developing a village with two parks, having 1st floor mixed use with housing above and behind, giving human scale access for over 1,700 students and faculty within ¼ mile of our corner, on two very narrow roads. We are excited to be working with our City to create a great 1st Corner.
